1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Dailux.nl, established in the Netherlands.
2. Product information & AI-generated images

The images on our website may be generated using artificial intelligence (AI). This means that colors, patterns, and details may vary slightly in reality. Customers should take this into account when making their purchase.

Window coverings may differ slightly in colour from the samples and/or photos shown. These differences are within technical tolerances and do not entitle you to returns or compensation.
3. Custom Products & Customer Responsibility
We offer custom-made curtains. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Once an order is placed, it will be produced according to the specified measurements. The customer is responsible for measuring and providing the correct dimensions. Dimensions are in cm.

Measurement errors are the responsibility of the customer and do not entitle you to return or refund.

Please check the measurements carefully before confirming your order.

A standard margin of 0.5-1 cm is maintained in both length and width to allow for shrinkage tolerance and manufacturing. Upon purchase, the customer agrees to this margin.

Damage to the home caused by installation, technicians, or window coverings from Dailux.nl is the sole responsibility of the customer. Dailux.nl is not liable for such damage.

Curtains can shrink or stretch (usually 1–3%) depending on fabric choice and any floor slant.

Colours on samples may differ from final delivery due to lighting.
4. Delivery time
The delivery times listed on Dailux.nl are estimates. Because our products are handcrafted, delivery times may be longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Prices & Payment

All prices on Dailux.nl include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Products are subject to price changes. Dailux.nl reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered.
6. Cancellation & Return Policy

Custom-made products, such as our curtains, cannot be returned or canceled after ordering. If you wish to change an order, please notify us within three hours of placing the order. After that, it will no longer be possible to change your order, as production will have already begun.

If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the problem.
7. Warranty & Complaints

Complaints about damage during transport must be reported immediately upon receipt with photos of the packaging and the product.

Wear and tear from normal use is not covered by the warranty.

Damage caused by own use is not covered by the warranty.
- When handling complaints, the customer must complete the designated complaint form, which will be reviewed within 7 business days. Complaints will not be handled by telephone.
8. Liability

Dailux.nl is not liable for damage caused by incorrect measurements, incorrect use of the products, or external factors.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Dailux.nl is not liable for any (physical) injury caused by use of the products or external factors. Use of Dailux.nl products is entirely the customer's responsibility and risk.

The online calculator on our website may show deviations due to the complexity of the calculations. No rights can be derived from these calculations.

10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
