Delivery time

At Dailux, every order is handcrafted with an eye for detail and quality. Because we provide custom work, we use the delivery times listed below. All window coverings are handmade to measure, so there is limited room for rush deliveries.

Delivery time

Orders are processed every day before 12:00. If you place an order after 12:00, it will be processed the next day.

Please note: due to limited space in the workshop, there is limited capacity for urgent production. As we purchase sustainably, fabrics may run out of stock. If there is a delay with the fabric/materials supplier, you will be informed.

Installation

Will the curtains be installed by one of our specialists? They will be scheduled once the curtains are ready. Please note that urgent orders are generally not installed due to installation planning.
